BestCare — prepaid outcome units. NBD SLA as standard. Best for store-by-store deployments and reactive break-fix dispatch.

HyperCare — contracted managed outcomes. Monthly fee, fixed for the term. Best for managed retail estates where you have sold a customer SLA and need it backed end-to-end.

All our operations are underpinned by Bravo, our workflow and partnet portal. Lodge a lane install or break-fix dispatch, track every job in flight, download customer signoff and onsite photos as soon as the engineer leaves site, and pull consumption, SLA performance and cost reports by store or by program. Shared access across your service desk, deployment leads and account managers — included with every account.
